This guided meditation invites you to cultivate an internal sense of safety. It includes breathing and a brief body scan, connecting with the earth for strength and support, creating an energetic sphere of safety, letting go of thoughts and emotions that are troubling you, and listening and nurturing places in your body that are needing your attention.
This guided breathing meditation includes breathing with intention, awareness of breath at specific sites of the body, sending breath to the body to offer ease and relaxation, and using the breath to create a safe space for letting go.
